The knight $quadd is a Ghanaian hip-hop group formed in 2010 in kumasi by friends from various province in the city.The squad is a collective of rappers,record producers,fashion designers,style,video directors and arts who seeks to influence its generation with real conscious rap music and through other genres.
September 2015 Kenny O'7(King I.E) from the group dropped a record titled earthsong from a downloaded instrumentation from YouTube inspired by Michael Jackson's earthsong then followed another record titled popping which both records were well received by their fans. June 2016 the group dropped#frequency0.01 which featured Vino(Brown) an associate rapper to knight squad n members like BRXGT,leonello and lordsoul ,which was a conscious rap music and got their fans ears.Recently just two weeks old record and all over the airwaves which got both old and young praising God was from the camp of knight squad's own lord$oul which has been well received and has been played everywhere and already been granted an interview by the university radio kumasi branch of university of cape coast,lately has been a win for the hardworking independent team and doors are open to music scouts and managers who would like to invest or work with the team, knight$quadd join forces with kings.
History:The team got connected the very 1st day attending to their new secondary school . They were among of the few students from Kumasi and was just city boys moving with city boys and ended up discussing music , artists, etc and from there they moved together till date.
