In an interview with the "Mata bui" hitmaker Bubulubu [Bubumani]. Bubulubu shares his experiences growing up in the Music industry, his challenges; which I bet you will want to know and the people he derives his inspiration from. Brother From Another Mother Entertainment (BFAME) is his Group Name.
He is considered a pioneer of Hiplife Artist in Ghana. From his entertaining and creative music videos and songs, the music world loves more of Bubulubu’s talents.

BUBUMANI: Thank you…
360: Bubulubu not your real name, Can tell us your real name?
BUBUMANI: My real name is Kwesi Edward Ansah, Bubulubu means Unbreakable.
360: Where do you hail from?
BUBUMANI: Am from Takoradi, Assakea is where is stay.
360: Can you tell us briefly about yourself?
BUBUMANI: I'm a full time Hip life and hip pop artiste. I love music, music is everything to me. Aside God I put music above everything else.
I was born on 5th May, 1991, went to Whindo Assakae J.S.S and continued at T.T.I. I started rapping way back in primary school, I face a lot of challenges but I got Serious rapping at S.S.S.
360: How long have you been Rapping?
BUBUMANI: this would be my 18th year. Where I started with this Demo freestyle, doing some rap battles with some Artists.
360: Any experiences so far. Any interesting, sad, intriguing stories you would love to share with us during your career.
BUBUMANI: In the beginning it was quiet rough, people didn’t really know what I was about or what Rap was about, it took some time for them to accept it. In the beginning you will have people looking at you with cynical eyes like “is this guy serious, is he sure he is a Hip life artist, is he this; is he that?
360: What inspires you to do what you do?
BUBUMANI: I do listen to big artist and also use to learn from my underground artist and I got more inspirations from them. I want to be the best among the rest so I use to challenge myself and do things I can’t do. My secret Is, I don’t give up easy and my vim always is at the higher level.
360: Are you expecting some of your tracks to get nominated in 2017 VGMA awards and which category will you fall in?
BUBUMANI: Yes, if I get better management I will have myself nominated in 2017 VGMA awards. Best rapper in Ghana is my determination.
360: In all your tracks, which one do you think it hit the air waves and which one will you like to do it again if you get the chance.
BUBUMANI: “Mata Bui (Alugutugui cover)” and “Born one” ft. Kwasi Flex are the tracks which hit the waves. I would like to remix “Girls Girls” track with Keche.
360: Who is your Role Model and who is your favourite Artist in Ghana?
BUBUMANI: I want to be ME but the secret is that I have combine both Kinaata, Guru, Sarkodie and Yaa pono Style together. My favourite artist in Ghana is Yaa Pono.
360: Are you planning to give you fans a new tune?
BUBUMANI: Yes, I have three flows, one is entitled “ABOUT MY FAMILY”. Next one is “FAKE FRIENDZ” and the last one is “MY HOOD BACK BITING”. They should expect my album entitled “MOTIVATION” This Year.
360: Can you give us a raw freestyle on your “fake friends”?
BUBUMANI: hahaha……. Ok.
360: What would you like to tell your fans?
BUBUMANI: They should give supporting team Bfame and expect more fire works because I will not let them down. “YAADAANO” means I have change from head to toe, my voice, my style and my punchlines have change.
