NO MONEY NO AIRPLAY[N.M.N
A] May sound little bit controversial to some DJS. And some may think it's ME(TU SHARK) against the DJS. But it is not so.Reality is really real. What I (TU SHARK)see is what I say and I say is nothing but the TRUTH. First I thought it is me alone but later saw that it isn't me alone but so many underground artists. We are dying slowly in UNDERGROUND because most of us,we don't money to pay PAYOLA.So we are still here (UNDERGROUND) MUSICALLY We (GHANAIANS)started way back before the NIGERIANS started . But today they have distanced us because they help themselvies and their DJS play 90% of NIGERIANS songs and the remaining 10% goes out for the rest of AFRICA. But in Ghana here the DJS play NIGERIAN SONGS 24/7 like we are like in ABUJA OR LAGOS. And my QUESTION is, Do the NIGERIANS also pay PAYOLA? If YES fine. If NO then Ghanaian DJS should come out. I got this idea to write/compossed this particular song based on a Telephone call I had from a Dj one afternoon he said And I quote"TU SHARK today de3 NO MONEY NO AIRPLAY Oo HWE WO PAA"HAHAHA. OMG. NO MONEY NO AIRPLAY is killing so many TALENTS and it can affect our INDUSTRY. Please my fellow GHANAIANS AND DJS I STAND TO BE CORRECTED.
